Two defendants in a drug distribution case have additional court dates after separate hearings Wednesday.
Barring schedule changes, Cole Bowen will have jury trial begin Jan. 28 on drug distribution and other counts.
Meanwhile, Seana Herron will have a pretrial Dec. 7. She faces charges of drug distribution within 1,000 feet of a school and a new count of possession of a firearm by a felon.
Bowen and Herron are among five defendants in this case, which came to light in early September. Luis Guillen is now set for a prime trial setting of Feb. 25 on charges including distribution within 1,000 feet of a school. His next court hearing is Dec. 3.
Amanda Alvarado, meanwhile, has potential trial dates for Jan. 7, Feb. 4 or Feb. 29 on charges including distribution and aggravated child endangerment. Her next hearing is Dec. 19 for a motion to suppress, and her final pretrial hearing is Jan. 2.
Jacob Rodriguez has potential trial settings Dec. 12, Jan. 87 or Jan. 28. Rodriguez is charged with drug distribution within 1,000 feet of a school, two separate counts of drug paraphernalia possession and one count of illegal use of a communication facility.
