Local law enforcement are searching for a man accused of aggravated kidnapping.
Brandon Joseph Villa, 26, is the latest suspect to be added to the Lyon County Most Wanted list. Further details on the case are pending through Emporia Police.
Villa is a white male. He’s 5-foot-7, 160 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He also has tattoos on his back and left knee. He was convicted in 2009 on drug charges, including possession with intent to sell, possession and arranging the sale or purchase through the illegal use of a communication facility. He was discharged in April 2014. Villa was also convicted later in 2009 on charges of drug distribution and possession charges.
