Trial settings are now on the docket for three suspects in a local drug distribution case after hearings for two of the suspects Friday.
Luis Guillen is now set for a prime trial setting of Feb. 25 on charges including distribution within 1,000 feet of a school. His next court hearing is Dec. 3.
Amanda Alvarado, meanwhile, has potential trial dates for Jan. 7, Feb. 4 or Feb. 29 on charges including distribution and aggravated child endangerment. Her next hearing is Dec. 19 for a motion to suppress, and her final pretrial hearing is Jan. 2.
Hearing dates for Guillen and Alvarado were set after Jacob Rodriguez was last week for trial beginning either Dec. 12, Jan. 7 or Jan. 28, depending on upcoming hearings. He’s charged with distribution within 1,000 feet of a school.
Cole Bowen, charged with drug distribution, and Seana Herron, charged with drug distribution within 1,000 feet of a school, have separate hearings Nov. 14.
