Issues with Coffey County’s 911 system have been resolved.
911 service went completely offline late Friday. Coffey County Dispatch says wireless service was restored after midnight. Landline 911 service is was down until around 11 am.
Coffey County has an agreement where 911 calls are transferred to Osage County in cases like this.

Coffey County’s 911 system is having some troubles this weekend.
911 service went completely offline late Friday. Coffey County Dispatch says wireless service was restored after midnight, but landline 911 service is still down and is being automatically transferred to Osage County Dispatch.
Centurylink is working on the issues. There is currently no word on when 911 service will be fully restored. In case of emergency, Coffey County residents can call 620-364-2123.
