A pretrial conference is coming Monday for a man accused of rape in Lyon County.
Jeremy Lee Massey has a pretrial hearing slated for 8:30 am in Lyon County District Court. Massey stands accused of single counts of rape, aggravated criminal sodomy and breach of privacy after an incident in early September.
The affidavit is sealed in the case, however, the complaint accuses Massey of having sex with a person who was incapable of giving consent and using a recording device as well. Massey waived his right to a preliminary hearing at a court appearance earlier this month.
