Babes on Bikes held its third annual Boo Cruise on Friday night.
Group organizer Gretchen Russell was glad about 30 people turned out on a busy Friday night to raise money for Plumb Place.
The group has now funded three different groups through the ride, with the Emporia Animal Shelter the beneficiary two years ago and SOS last year.
For the first two years of the event, bike riders pedaled to Bird Bridge, also known as Rocky Ford Bridge, and back. This year, cyclists made different stops in town as part of a haunted tour of Emporia.
