The High School football season is down to the win or go home part of the season. First round play-off games will be played Thursday and Friday.
Emporia High will be hosting Wichita Heights Friday night. Both teams are 4-4. Emporia High Coach Corby Milleson says they still have a chance to end the season on a high note.
The winner will face either Wichita Northwest or Salina South.
All 8 man games will be played Thursday including Madison vs Peabody. That game will be broadcast on Country 101.7.
Osage City and Burlington also play their games Thursday.
Osage City hosts Southeast Cherokee
Burlington hosts Frontenac
The other area games will be played Friday.
