One man has been arrested after reports of shots fired Sunday night.
Anthony Evans, 39, was arrested in the 900 block of Mechanic on suspicion of criminal discharge of a firearm. Circumstances surrounding this incident are unclear and the number of shots fired has not been released at this time.
