The Emporia State basketball teams held a Night at White Thursday night.
Cooper Glick of the mens team won the 3 point shooting contest out shooting Emily Miller 18-11.
Malik Hlucoweckyj won the slam dunk contest.
In the womens 10 minute scrimmage the White squad out scored the Black squad 12-7. Morgan Laudan was the leading scorer with 5 points. Lady Hornet Coach Toby Wynn says they have a chance to be good.
In the mens scrimmage the White Squad out scored the Gray Squad 34-25. Sawyer Glick led the White squad with 16 points. Justin Washington led the Gray squad with 11 points. Hornet Coach Craig Doty says they are still in the building phase.
The Emporia State men play their first game next Thursday at Kansas.
The Women play their first game November 5th against Bethel.
