Emporia State University’s Koch Center for Leadership and Ethics will have the latest in its Governance, Law and Economics lectures Wednesday evening.
Dr. Jeanie Theis, a professor of public affairs and administration at Lindenwood University in St. Charles, Mo., will discuss “Challenges of Implementing Evidence-Based Reforms in Criminal Justice.” The presentation will discuss the use of evidence-based practices, especially how they are applied after convictions.
