The State Street underpass has re-opened to traffic.
The span that takes vehicles under the Burlington Northern Santa Fe railroad had been closed since Oct. 8 after cement began falling from it that day. BNSF has not said why the bridge reopened or whether it has made any findings into why the cement was falling from the structure.
KVOE News has reached out to the railroad’s media relations department seeking comment.
