The State High School tennis tournaments will be played beginning Friday. Emporia High will be hosting the 5A tournament.
Junior Koey Keough is the lone Lady Spartan playing, after finishing 4th at regionals last week. This is her second state tournament appearance.
Matches are scheduled to begin at 10:30 Friday morning on the Emporia High courts.
