A rollover crash south of Emporia early Saturday morning led to the arrest one individual.
Lyon County Deputies responded to the intersection of Hwy 99 and Road 135 shortly before 2:30 a.m. The driver of the vehicle, identified as 54-year-old Stanley Wigton was not seriously hurt and did not require medical transport. Wigton was subsequently arrested on suspicion of DUI and booked into the Lyon County Jail. There were no other occupants in the vehicle.
The crash remains under further investigation by the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office.
