One man accused of rape and other sex crimes has a preliminary hearing in Lyon County District Court on Thursday.
Jeremy Lee Massey stands accused of single counts of rape, aggravated criminal sodomy and breach of privacy after an incident in early September. The affidavit is sealed in the case, but the complaint accuses Massey of having sex with a person who was incapable of giving consent and using a recording device as well.
The hearing is set to begin at 3 pm.
