The Emporia High girls tennis team finished in 5th place at the Centennial League tournament Monday.
The best individual finish belonged to singles player Koey Keough who finished in 6th place. Diana Magana finished in 11th place. Allie Reynoso and Adrina Herrarte finished in 8th place. Allie Bonitatibus and Brianna Aceves finished in 10th place.
Manhattan won the team title, Hayden was 2nd and Washburn Rural 3rd.
The Lady Spartans will be playing in the Topeka West hosted regional tournament on Saturday. Emporia will be hosting the 5A State tournament October 12th and 13th.
