The Emporia High girls tennis team finished in 8th place out of 8 teams in the Emporia Invitational Saturday.
Diana Magana finished 14th and Sydney Spellman 16th in singles play. The doubles team of Allie Reynoso and Adrina Herrarte finished in 11th place and the doubles team of Allie Bonitatibus and Koey Keough finished in 13th place. Lawrence Free State and Blue Valley West tied for first place in the team standings.
