The Emporia High boys soccer team shutout Topeka High 1-0 Thursday night.
Hector Hernandez scored the lone goal for the Spartans. It was the 6th shutout of the season for the Spartans who are now 8-2 for the season and 4-1 in Centennial League play. They play at Topeka West next Tuesday.
