The Emporia High girls tennis team played Topeka Seaman and Washburn Rural in duels Tuesday.
The Lady Spartans defeated Washburn Rural 3 matches to 1. Koey Keough won at number 1 singles. The Number 1 doubles team of Allie Reynoso and Adrina Herrarte won. So did the number 2 doubles team of Allie Bonitatibus and Brianna Aceves.
Topeka Seaman won all 4 matches played.
The Emporia High girls tennis team is scheduled to host a tournament this Saturday.
