The Kansas Policy Institute is coming to Emporia for a policy briefing discussion Wednesday.
Members of the KPI, along with former Commerce Secretary Nick Jordan and representatives of the Kansas Coalition for Fair Funding, will discuss school funding from a couple different angles and the future job market.
The event is at the Holiday Inn Express, 3007 West 18th, and goes from 4-7 pm. Elected officials, candidates and the general public are all encouraged to attend. To register, go online to www.kansaspolicy.org/events.
