Besides the Emporia High football team playing Saturday the Emporia High Cross Country and gymnastics teams will be in action.
The Emporia High cross country teams will be running in the Baldwin Invitational. Junior Kelsey Boettcher will be one of the varsity runners for the girls.
Caleb Hollenbeck will be one of the runners for the boys varsity.
The Emporia High gymnastics team will be competing at the Shawnee Mission West Invitational. Senior Ashlyn Alingh will be one gymnasts competing.
