The Emporia High volleyball team was swept by both Lawrence Free State and Topeka Seaman Wednesday night.
They lost to Free State 25-12, 25-10. They were defeated by Seaman, the number 3 ranked team in 5A, 25-7, 25-11.
Thursday the Lady Spartans host Junction City and Topkea High, the number 10 ranked team in 6A. The matches begin at 5pm in the Emporia High gym.
