Investigators say they have received some leads as they try to find Anna Baldwin’s killer.
Kansas Bureau of Investigation spokesperson Melissa Underwood says KBI agents are pursuing tips and encouraging more people to step forward as the investigation continues.
Baldwin, 40, may well have been killed between April and July 2017. Her body was found in August 2017 in a wooded area north of Melvern Lake, but her remains weren’t identified until this past July.
Baldwin was 5-foot-6, 120 pounds, with brown hair, hazel eyes and gold-framed glasses at the time of her death.
Anybody who knew Baldwin in late 2016 to the time of her death last year or who has information about her death is urged to call 1-800-KS-CRIME. Callers can remain anonymous.
