Hetlinger Developmental Services will have a special field day Friday.
Team Schnak is putting on the event, and organizer Kent Schnakenberg says the idea was generated by Ron’s Ride as part of the Law Enforcement Torch Run benefiting Special Olympics earlier this year.
Team Schnak donated a trio of three-wheel bikes and helmets to Hetlinger a few weeks ago.
Hetlinger’s Jon Gausman says this is part of a recent effort to link Hetlinger clients with the community at large.
Activities go from 1:30-2:30 pm, including a bike obstacle course, disc golf, games and face painting.
