Lyon County commissioners will spend much of Thursday’s action meeting discussing bridges.
Commissioners will consider a quote from Alfred Benesch and Company to handle the county’s biannual bridge inspection. If approved, the county will pay over $250,000 for the work, with $100,000 coming from the Road and Bridge fund and another $153,000 from the Special Bridge fund.
The rest of the meeting will be dominated by reports and executive sessions, with seven executive sessions on the schedule — four for non-elected personnel and three for legal matters.
The meeting starts at 8 am in the County Courthouse.
