The Emporia High boys soccer team lost to Wichita Northwest 3-2 in the opening round of the Wichita South Titan Classic Monday.
The Spartans scored the first two goals by Wilber Landaverde and Roberto Peralta. Wichita Northwest scored 3 unanswered goals.
The Spartans will play again Wednesday in the Titan Classic.
