Construction zones continue on the Kansas Turnpike to the northeast and southwest of Emporia.
To the northeast, work continues to increase bridge heights at mile markers 148 and 151, or one and four miles northeast of the Admire-Council Grove exit.
To the southwest, paving continues between mile markers 106 and 111, or 16 to 21 miles southwest of the Emporia gate. This project affects the northbound inside lane.
