The Emporia High football team held their first practice Monday afternoon, with lighting and rain they moved indoors to the Jones Activity center.
Coach Corby Milleson called an ok first day.
Coach Milleson said there are high expectations for this season.
Senior quarterback Jace Stewart said it was a good start.
