The Kansas City Royals hit 3 home runs but it was not enough as the New York Yankees out scored the Royals 6-3 Sunday.
Salvador Perez, Hunter Dozier and Rosell Herrera hit home runs for the Royals. It was Herreras first career home run. The Royals are off Monday they begin a 3 game series in Chicago against the White Sox Tuesday night.
