One of four suspects in a rural burglary incident early this year has now entered a plea agreement with Lyon County prosecutors.
Dianna Lee, 60, tendered a no-contest plea and was subsequently found guilty of burglary of a non-dwelling Wednesday after a burglary at a rural Lyon County address in January. Other counts against Lee were dismissed.
Lee was awaiting trial next week and recently had a motion to suppress evidence in the case denied. Sentencing is now coming at 9 am Sept. 19.
Two of Lee’s co-defendants in the case are awaiting sentencing. Nathyn Kennedy, convicted of burglary, theft and criminal trespass, will be sentenced Aug. 3. Andrea Redburn, who pleaded no contest to criminal trespass, will be sentenced Thursday.
Another defendant, Clinton Moody, will go to trial July 30.
