Coach’s Grill and Bar was the site for Denim and Diamonds’ second major fundraising event of the summer.
Dine for Denim and Diamonds at Coach’s follows last week’s successful kickoff barbecue at the Newman Regional Health parking lot last week to benefit the hospital’s foundation. Director of Business Development McKenzie Cinelli says Denim and Diamonds proceeds will help youngsters specifically.
Newman Regional Health Education Supervisor Vicki Brooks also spoke with KVOE about the impact Denim and Diamonds has on NRH.
KVOE’s Sizzling Summer Jackpot was at Coach’s for dinner, giving residents a chance to win an assortment of prizes, including the $25,000 grand prize.
Dine for Denim and Diamonds is leading up to the NRH Foundation’s annual gala on Aug. 3 at Emporia State University’s Memorial Union Webb Hall. Denim and Diamonds Committee member Deanne Korsak encouraged people to enjoy the night.
