The Emporia City Commission will meet in a study session Wednesday.
The agenda includes a time for discussion on both the non-personnel funds and 5-year plan. Also to be discussed is how 2018 Kansas legislative updates affect the city, including changes to the Kansas Open Records Act, body cam requirements, DUI law, asset forfeiture, amusement ride act, CBD oil sales and alcohol sales.
In addition, the commission will review a request from CVB Director Susan Rathke for Arrivalist software which tracks consumer trends and buying habits.
Wednesday’s study session begins at 10 a.m. in Conference Room 1AB at White Auditorium.
