OVERBROOK — Overbrook Police are investigating after a Good Samaritan effort that went bad Thursday.
Police say a woman was trying to help a man she just met in Topeka by giving the man a ride to Wichita. She stopped at her home in Overbrook and went inside, leaving the man alone with the keys in the car.
When she returned, both car and man had disappeared.
No suspect descriptions have been released. The car is a dark blue 2010 Chevy Impala. No tag information has been issued at this time.
