Lyon County Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward after fencing was stolen from a local storage facility.
The case developed after Emporia Police officers took a report of the fence theft from 115 Commercial, at one time the Reebleās South grocery store and now a storage location. Unknown people apparently took down sections of the six-foot-tall cedar fence sometime between April 30 and June 7.
Close to 100 feet of fencing is now missing.
