It was another solid turnout for KVOE’s annual customer appreciation barbecue, held at Mark II Lumber Thursday afternoon.
KVOE staffers served up hundreds of free burgers to a hungry gathering. KVOE General Manager Ron Thomas talked about the annual event coinciding with National Barbecue Month.
Mark II Lumber spokesman Luke Schnakenberg says it’s also a good partnership to get customers into their store.
The event also saw two CharBroil grills given away. James Morris won a propane grill and Gilbert Stefan won a charcoal grill.
The barbecue is KVOE’s annual event to show appreciation to listeners and customers.
