A motions hearing is coming Tuesday for four defendants accused of burglarizing locations in rural Lyon County.
Currently, Nathyn Kennedy, Clinton Moody, Andrea Redburn and Dianna Lee have separate hearings. A motion on the table would combine the cases if approved. The hearing is at 2 pm in Lyon County District Court.
The four stand accused of burglary of a non-dwelling, theft and criminal trespass after they were allegedly caught in the act in mid-January.
