Come 0100 hours Tuesday, Olpe will be bustling with activity as the latest USD 252 Southern Lyon County Honor Flight prepares to head out.
Superintendent Mike Argabright says the fast-paced trip to our nation’s capital and back is special for several reasons.
Honor Flight also builds relationships that otherwise may not develop.
Twenty-five veterans officially are heading to our nation’s capital. Nearly 60 people all told are making the trip, which officially leaves Olpe around 1:30 am Tuesday.
