The Emporia High track and field team came home from the KU relays with two top 5 finishes and 2 more top 15 finishes.
Abby Stewart finished in 5th place in the 2000 meter steeple chase. The Boys 4 by 400 relay of Kesston Gentz, Colton Bieker, Matthew East and Brent Hastert finished in 5th place.
The boys sprint medley relay team of Colton Bieker, Colin Polston, Kesston Gentz, Brent Hastert finished in 12th. Jonathan Olsson finished in 14th place in the javelin.
