The Emporia High girls soccer team was out scored by Topeka Seaman 4-3 Tuesday.
Kadin Stinson scored all three goals for the Lady Spartans, on a break away in the first half, on a header off a corner kick and on a direct kick in the 2nd half. The Lady Spartans trailed at halftime 4-1. Coach Oscar Macias was pleased with the way they gave themselves a chance to win in the 2nd half.
The Emporia High girls soccer team is scheduled to host Wichita East Friday.
