Microchipping is helping keep families and their pets together.
L&L Pets hosted Friends of the Emporia Animal Shelter’s annual Pet Microchip event on Sunday. FEAS Secretary Deb Ghere says microchips help reunite pets and their families.
Ghere says the annual event is very popular with pet parents because the discounted rate offered. New pet parent Payton Peterson talked about their new puppy and why she decided to get it chipped.
