Emporia State athletes qualified all 3 events that had prelims for Saturdays finals at the NCAA Division II Indoor track and field Championship.
Thomas LaRoche had the 8th fastest time in the 800 prelims and qualified for the Finals.
Taysean Goodwin had the 3rd fastest time in the 400 meter dash to qualified for the finals. He also broke his own school record with a time of 46.83 seconds. He had the 7th fastest time in the 200 prelims and qualified for the finals. Taysean will team up with Parker Evans, Luke Stenzel and Wyatt Sander in the 4 by 400 relay. The Indoor Nationals is being hosted by Pittsburg State.
