The Emporia High girls diving team opened their season Wednesday and two divers qualified for State.
Sophomore Whitney Sparks will be making a return trip to state.

Freshman Haylee Weiss also qualified for State.

Thursday the girls swim team hosts a meet. Senior Jordan Metz was a state placer in 3 events last year and hopes to improve on those finishes.

Thursdays meet begins at 4pm in the High School pool.
