Chase County and Burlington earned trips to state by winning regional tournaments Tuesday.
Chase County advances to the 2-1A State tournament to be played in Pratt. Chase County defeated Northern Heights 3-2 in the Lyndon regional championship game. In the semi-finals they defeated Lyndon 15-0. Northern Heights defeated Lebo/Waverly 11-0 in the semi-finals.
Burlington advanced to the 4A DII tournament to be played in Emporia. They defeated Anderson County 15-5 in the semi-finals and out scored Parsons 6-3 in the in the regional championship game.
In 3A play Rossville shutout Osage City 10-0 in the semi-finals.
