Kansas State used a 21-6 run to open the second half on the way to a 78-66 win over Iowa State Saturday.
The game was tied 33 at halftime. Dean Wade just missed a triple-double scoring a game-high 22 points, he had a career-best 9 assists and a game-tying 8 rebounds to lead the Wildcats. Barry Brown added 20 points and Xavier Sneed scored 17 points. The Wildcats improve to 19-8 for the season and 8-6 in the Big-12. They will host Texas Wednesday night.
