A preliminary hearing is coming Monday afternoon for a man charged with aggravated battery.
Cesareo Zuniga-Ibarra will appear before Lyon County District Judge Doug Jones at 2 pm.
Details of Zuniga-Ibarra’s case are not immediately available. He was considered a wanted fugitive by the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office before he was captured a month ago.
