Reservations are needed by Wednesday if area youths want to participate in a youth waterfowl hunt at the Flint Hills National Wildlife Refuge.
The hunt is Saturday. Youths ages 10 to 15 can get a chance to hunt, regardless of experience level, and mentors will be provided.
Hunters will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Hunters need to bring shotguns capable of holding a maximum of three shells and non-toxic shot shells.
