April is Autism Awareness Month, and the KVOE Morning Show had a special guest in Thursday morning.
Levi Morton is a third-grader at Timmerman Elementary. He’s autistic — and a big fan of KVOE.

Morton says he wouldn’t mind working at the station when he’s older.

During his on-air time, Morton highlighted some of the activities taking place at Timmerman through the end of the school year next month, including a STREAM day, trip to Camp Wood and a special autism awareness activity where students get letters every day to spell random words. Autism-related words get bonus points, and there is a special surprise for the top team.
