Wyoming authorities are asking for help finding a fugitive who they say has ties to Lyon County.
Jothan Jay Laher absconded from probation in Cheyenne, Wyo. He came to Kansas for a funeral and failed to return.
Laher is a white male. He’s 44 years old 5-foot-7, 170 pounds, with blonde hair and blue eyes. If you have seen Laher, call the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office at 341-3205.
