The Kansas State High School Activities Association has released the regional baseball and softball pairings for next week.
In 2-1A regionals for baseball:
At Humboldt – Lebo/Waverly is the number 2 seed and will play Humboldt.
Southern Lyon County is the number 3 seed and will play Pleasanton.
At Lyndon – Mission Valley is the number 1 seed and will play the winner of the play-in game between Burlingame and Wabaunsee.
Lyndon is the number 2 seed and will play Marais des Cygnes Valley.
Northern Heights will play Maranatha Academy.
Chase County will be the number 2 seed at Marion and will play Wichita Independent.
In 3-A at Council Grove.
Council Grove plays Hesston.
Osage City plays Hillsboro/Peabody.
Burlington plays Wellsville at Garnett.
In softball regionals-
2-1A at Leon Bluestem:
Southern Lyon County plays number 1 seed Bluestem.
Burlingame the 3 seed plays Lebo/Waverly.
Chase County the 4 seed plays Flinthills.
Northern Heights plays Yates Center.
At Mound City- Lyndon the 4th seed plays Colony Crest.
Marais des Cygnes Valley plays Marmaton Valley.
At Wathena – Mission Valley the #1 seed plays Atchison County.
In 3A at Burlington.
Burlington plays West Franklin the number 2 seed.
Osage City plays Council Grove.
Regionals are scheduled to begin on Monday.
