The forecast still calls for a possibility of severe weather across the KVOE listening area Saturday evening.
All hazards are possible starting after 7 pm, according to the National Weather Service, although hail and high winds look to be the more consistent concern. Heavy rain is also possible with any storms that move across the area.
The Storm Prediction Center has most of Kansas, including the entire KVOE listening area, in a slight severe weather risk area.
Conditions settle down for Mother’s Day, with cloudy and breezy conditions leading to highs in the low 60s.
