A Minnesota man has been arrested on drug charges in Osage County.
According to Osage County Sheriff Bret Lewis, a sheriff’s deputy conducted a traffic stop near K31 Highway and 341st street near Melvern shortly before noon Thursday. During the stop, a K9 Unit was deployed and narcotics were located inside a vehicle driven by 30-year-old Anthony P. Peveto of Hayfield, MN.
Peveto was arrested on suspicion of methamphetamine possession and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Formal charges are currently pending.
